Projects within the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) are assigned to a Transportation Strategy and Objective. Transportation Strategies are broad categories of projects, while Objectives are more specific project types within a Strategy. For reporting purposes TRPA/TMPO assigns each project to only one Objective. These projects are also categorized under a specific Action Priority within the Environmental Improvement Program (EIP).
